Some of you may be wondering, "Why no online catalog?" Well the answer is simple: We've tried it, but catalog ordering can't help our customers solve a suspension problem or purchase the right combinations of parts to deliver real performance benefit. In addition, the aftermarket manufacturers, despite some amazing efforts, have difficulty keeping up with the demand from our market. Nothing is worse than placing an order online and expecting it to show up in a few days, only to find out a week later that the part is backordered for another month. We stock tons of popular parts, including OEM replacement parts, but even we can't always promise availability. We have built a reputation of fairness, honesty and service with our customers, and we feel that we better serve the enthusiast community by answering the phone, asking questions, and fulfilling orders with REAL delivery dates.
